Scope:Position involves a role that is responsible for SCPO Upgrade/Migration or implementation support of SCPO application with good knowledge on Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of Blue Yonder products (Demand/FF/ESP/IO/S&OP etc). These include independently handling the Supply chain planning and optimization projects provide solution to technical/functional issues. It also includes guiding, training, and mentoring the solution team to make them self-reliant.What you’ll do:OS – Unix-RHEL, Windows 2008R2 and above.Knowledge in any SCPO module (Demand & FF, ESP,IO, S&OP)RDBMS – Oracle 11g and above and SQL/PLSQL 2012 and aboveBA tools – Cognos.Knowledge of SFTP, AS2 & Azure basic cloudProgramming – Knowledge of core Java and C++ is an advantageScripting – Perl, Shell, Python is desirable not mandatoryScheduling tools knowledge – Control-M is preferred oneKnowledge in any SCPO module (Demand & FF, ESP,IO,S&OP )Integration & architecting systemNext Gen Skills - Data Science, Agile, Azure, Python, AI/MLWhat we are looking for:8-10 year’s work experience & experience as ArchitectMust have experience on Blue Yonder SCPO suite (Manugistics – Networks Demand, Fulfillment, Collaborate, Monitor)Proficiency in Windows/Unix commands and troubleshooting skillsMust have experience and expertise in SQL/PLSQL & Scripting (Any)Good to have Next Gen Skills - Data Science, Agile, Azure, Python, AI/MLShould have good working knowledge in the Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of Blue Yonder products and must have implementation/operational support experience on Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of BY products (SCPO- Demand/Fulfilment,ESP,IO, S&OP).Candidate should be able to Estimate the workload of implementation/migration activities that are within the scope, assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, architectureConduct technical analysis sessions with customers and/or the project team to understand the functional and technical needs of the customer and develop technical solutions to meet those needsDesign and develop platform workflow/ user interface, integration scripts, Data mapping, data modeling and loading of dataShould be able to understand the integration and cloud and SCPO architecture to take care of technical assessment for customer upgrade/migrationProvide a variety of technical support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, operations consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, programming, etc.Handle activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factorsProvide internal and external trainingsAccelerate Time-to-Value for customer by iteratively delivering in short cycles.Continuously upskill on BYs product suite to convey relationships and touchpoints to the customerRecognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities within existing customer projectsCreate artifacts towards reusability and automation decreasing implementation lifecycle and reducing errors post go-livePreferable to have implementation experience on Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of Blue Yonder products. Candidates will operational support background experience can be considered based on merit.Candidate should have good operational knowledge of the application configurations and its business use.Should have working knowledge of control-m batch scheduling tool and understand batch processing design and SLA’s.Should work as a liaison between Consulting, Support and Cloud Services to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements during on-boarding of new customers or during upgrades or patch updatesResponsible for incident resolution for specific set of customers within the specified POD / Product / Project.The team currently comprises of 40+ associates in India and is expected to grow rapidly.
