Overview:Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”Seeking an astute individual that has a strong techno-functional foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams.Scope:Core responsibilities to include Architecting and designing (along with counterparts and distinguished Architects) a ground up cloud native (we use Azure) SaaS product in Luminate Control TowerThe team currently comprises of 100+ global associates across US, India (COE) and EMEA and is expected to grow rapidly. The incumbent will need to have leadership qualities to also mentor junior and mid-level associates in our teamThis is not a Product Development or Product Management role, this is Consulting positionWhat you’ll do:Facilitates/leads business diagnostics, process analysis and/or design workshops to help flush out as-is and desired to-be solution state and ultimately writes a solution design document to support business requirements Understands how the BY solutions within the area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes needs Develops functional business process test cases/scripts which outline new or updated end-user functional processes supported by the solution design which may include standard application functionality, customized modifications, data interfaces, reports/layoutsSetup and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts which will support final acceptance and critical phase sign-off by the business owners Follows up on support cases opened with BY Support Services to help in resolving defects for the customer. Associate is expected to work on both Deploy/Operate in saas world.Prepares for and conducts customized end-user training workshops to support application training content outside of base application knowledge / BY Certifications Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between BY project team, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors Provides end user support during the 'go-live' and post-go-live period Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team/end users to maximize the customers on their own success after BY’s project roll-off Assists Project Managers in planning efforts including detailed project plan task detail (work breakdown structure) based on the specific phase/need of the project Communicate project risks that may have a negative impact on the project schedule, scope or budget Escalate project issues which surface and cannot be quickly resolved which will have an impact on the project schedule, scope or budget Completes assigned and agreed to work within the allotted time and with a high level of quality Conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times with BY customers and internal associatesProvides a variety of technical support to the project team including quality assurance, design review, environment setup oversight, operations consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, programming etc.Understand the SaaS Dev Ops process and ensure that project team follows recommended guidelines for test automation, upgrades, code management in consultation with the Technical Architect Communicates and/or supports the business use cases to BY Product Management Group and Product Development regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements. As required, ability to represent BY in industry conferences workshops preferred Recognizes and highlights incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects. What we are looking for (Techno-functional Candidate): Bachelor’s degree required; APICS certification is preferred or similar Supply Chain degree. 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Logistics/Transportation Management or OMS/Inventory management or as a consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers. Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as i2, Oracle, SAP or leading ERP may be considered.Experience with SaaS Technology (preferred Azure ), API , YAML, PostMan, XMLStrong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of Order Management/Supply Planning/Inventory optimization concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required.
