Job Requisition ID #24WD77675Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced leader to manage the new team focusing on Small & Medium partners in Central, Northern and Eastern Europe. We are the EMEA Channel organization that drives partners performance while guiding them in transformation to SaaS model.In your role you will hire and lead a team of four Inside Partner Managers, define priorities for SMB Channel strategy execution and lead assigned partners segment performance. You will report into the Sr. Channel Manager Gold & SMB.We value hybrid working and if you live near enough to one of our offices you are welcome to work there some or all of the time.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the SMB team, overseeing all aspects of people management including recruitment, onboarding, and coaching to foster a positive team cultureAnticipate market trends and proactively initiate strategic actions to capitalize on emerging opportunitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive strategies and tactics to expand our SMB and volume businessSet quarterly growth initiatives for SMB Channel partners and leads the team in quality scalable executionImplement Industry Accelerator for SMB Channel and supporting Autodesk and Partner collaborationImplementing SMB development plans on their path to SaaS Solution ProvidersEnsure operational support to streamline processes and optimize efficiency within the SMB teamFoster a culture of motivation among team members, promoting collaboration and continuous improvementCultivate positive relationships with assigned partners, striving to enhance satisfaction and loyalty within the segmentMinimum QualificationsExperience managing people and coaching great talents5+ years experience in partner management in IT Software marketUnderstanding of market dynamics in SaaS business modelexperience building and maintaining relationships with partners and C-level#LI-LH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
