You will help improve digital analytics, BI & data platforms solutions and be responsible for the adaptation of data tools and platforms across international markets. The successful candidate contributes to our core values of driving data excellence and making data usefulWhat the role InvolvesOwn and manage day to day operations of Google Analytics supporting business stakeholders with technical expertise, training and best practices.Partner with global digital and data teams to capture requirements and improve data quality across digital analytics and ad tech toolsDeliver consumer insights and develop BI solutions supporting self-serve reporting leveraging Tableau, Looker and data warehouse.Support marketing and media teams with audience segmentation and insights utilising DMP, CDP and ad-tech toolsSupport data and tech teams in roll out of new tools, digital tracking and data programs in product, customer and privacy complianceProvide ad-hoc support to leadership team with reporting needs, consumer insights, design/delivery of data plans and initiativesWho you areCompetencies / Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceStrong experience in Google analytics, GA4 or Adobe Analytics and similar is mustExpertise and understanding of digital media and tracking solutions like GTM, Consent management, Ads serving tools or similar is a mustExperience and hand-on expertise in developing dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio, Tableau or similar toolsExpertise in Ad Tech tools (e.g. DMP, DSP, SSP) and marketing tools (Salesforce, Social is highly desirableWorking knowledge of Google Big query, similar data warehouses, customer data platforms would be advantageousGood understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR and its impact on data collection would be advantageous.Hand on expertise with Excel, Google sheetsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAnalytical skills and data-driven mindset, ability to articulate technical solutions to business stakeholdersProactive, highly motivated, curious and critical thinkerEqual OpportunitiesWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.  You will be working in an inclusive environment and be encouraged to bring your whole self to work.  We will do all that we can to help you successfully balance your work and home life.
