We specialize in the Launch Reservation Process and Workday’s Delivery Assurance (DA) methodology.We’re growing our team and are looking for a Pune-based colleague to be a part of our resourceful group.This is a great opportunity to develop your career at Workday as you learn about Workday deployments and become a go-to expert on Workday’s Launch Reservation process as well as the DA methodology!About the RoleAs a part of the Launch Reservation Process the Sr. Associate Consulting Support Analyst will collaborate with multiple teams throughout the sales prospect lifecycle, including Workday Account Executives, Services Executives, Resource Managers, Delivery Directors and Sales Leadership.As it relates to the Delivery Assurance, this person will work to support the DA Managers, Engagement / Project Managers, and Consultants within Workday’s Global Professional Services Ecosystem to ensure the successful execution of the DA activities for our customers’ deployments.Our new colleague will contribute in various areas, including the coordination of the Launch Reservation Process, execution of DA quality reviews, general operations and process improvement initiatives, and reporting and analytics:Launch Reservation ProcessAct as the main point of contact for the Launch Reservation ProcessCoordinate with the Sales and Services organizations to ensure reservations are accounted for and properly processedMaintain and support reports and dashboards for all reservationsContinually evaluate the process, reports, and dashboards for ways to improve and automateDelivery AssuranceReview Checkpoints as part of the DA process for various Workday Product Areas. This involves reviewing content to ensure completeness and accuracy to enable the project to proceed and ultimately ensure the success of our deploymentsSupport the Global Professional Services Organization with all incoming inquiries regarding the Delivery Assurance Program and reviewsIdentify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriateIf you’re looking to build your career at Workday and make connections across the services ecosystem, this isn’t an opportunity to miss!Please note - This role will work in Pune normal business hours except for 2 days each week when you will work until 20:00.be based on USA work hours in Pacific Standard TimeAbout YouBasic QualificationsUndergraduate degree or equivalent experience.Passion for internal and external customer service and excellence driving high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical to success1 - 2 years' experience in analyzing data, reports and dashboards and a willingness to “dive into” systems and formulate new ideas on how to better support stakeholders1 - 2 Years' experience in spreadsheet programs (ex. Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet). Expertise in Excel VBA a plusAbility to work independently and to work effectively with multi-disciplined teams using a combination of business and technical skillsOther QualificationsAccomplished in process improvement, defining technical requirements, project administration, and operationsExcellent organization, time management, presentation, process documentation, problem solving, and communication skillsProficient in G Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPointOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
