Job Requisition ID #24WD77626Position OverviewYou will partner with and engage stakeholders, create outcomes, help resolve competing priorities, and mature the initiative by establishing and driving holistic, prioritized, and roadmaps to realize the platform transformation.You will report to a Senior Manager.This role is located in the West Coast.ResponsibilitiesShape and drive business outcomes for Autodesk's platform transformationExecutive communication to VPs and SVPs across the company, shaping how all employees across Autodesk design and build Software ProductsPartner with communications experts to achieve engagement with initiativesJoin senior leaders, product managers, architects, and engineers to shape strategy, requirements, and executionBe a voice for complex initiatives, with other Autodesk teams and divisions leadership, providing both executive and team-level reporting including status, risks, and achievementsDriving continuous improvement through lessons learnedMinimum Qualifications4 or more years of Product Management experience or Chief of StaffExperience leading the delivery of business outcomes in the software development fieldThe ability to create an inclusive workplace where everyone can contributeInfluencing skills with leadership and outstanding relationship-buildingA natural bias for repeatable processes and operational excellence while keeping the human at the center3+ Experience working and communicating with executives on strategic initiativesExperience working directly with senior subject matter experts of all job functions on complex initiatives involving multiple teamsExcellent meeting design and facilitation skillsDesign and implement communication plans for a broad audienceBachelor's degree - preferably in an Engineering discipline, computer science, or a related fieldIdeal CandidateCan partner with and positively any colleague, from executive level staff to individual contributorsCan create a vision while managing the tactical work needed to ensure its successIndependently determine scope, timeline, and critical milestones for complex initiativesLead teams through the unstructured and adverse phases of deliveryYou are responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open, collaborative peer environmentYou are energized by facilitating difficult conversations and courageously and respectfully share dissenting opinions with peers and leaders alikeLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,800 and $182,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
