Manufacturing Technical SpecialistDescription -What a Manufacturing Technical Specialist does in HPProvide investigation and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment/process failure. Plan and execute timely & effective maintenance programs. Study machine data, analyze and implement corrective/preventive action to improve equipment reliability, utilization & yield performance. Maintain required level of spares and proper documentation on all assigned equipment Adhere to HP policy including ISO 9K/50K & EHS&S 14K/18K programs Lead/participate in process development & simplification project to improve product quality & workflow. Individuals who will do well in this role usually possess: Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics/ Mechatronic Engineering or Higher Nitec with 2 years relevant experience. Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skill. Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills and creative thinking. Independent and able to adapt to dynamic operation environment.
