Global Program Lead - ContractualDescription -MissionWe're looking for a highly determined Global Program Lead to join our extended team in Customer Experience CoE.The Contractual Global Program Manager is a key role within the team and will be responsible for leading, coordinating & improving projects, processes & strategies sustaining quote-to-cash (Q2C) management for Sales Operations, liaising with external organizations to launch efficient and effective processes for the Contractual business model, including IT/Infrastructure improvements related to their area of expertise.Cross-functional operational program lead overseeing operating model to enable Contractual business:Coordinates development and implementation of Q2C processes/tools within several delivery organizations: Sales ops, CMO, Customer Ops, Delivery Ops, while liaising with Pursuit/BU for collecting business requirements & strategy design.Communicates strategic process decisions and plans, program status, and issues and workarounds in order to achieve alignment with the top level of the business, function, or region.Validates priorities with stakeholders, obtains the necessary approvals and keeps them updated on the progress.Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, feeding into the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity, and understand business/customer impact.Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.Identifies the need for new processes as well as significant improvements to major processes and coordinates their development and implementation.Monitor & accountable to define the operating model, roles and responsibilities and oversee process documentation.Coordinate design & implementation of new processes within the relevant teams, inside and outside Sales Operations departmentInfluences IT/Infrastructure design & improvements, providing business cases supported by stakeholders.Communicates and implements new capabilities to all interested organizations, organizes trainings for impacted roles.Measures process performance using relevant business metrics (input / output efficiency, ROI).Keeps interested parties up to date on business performance through regular updates, QBRs, etc.Manage improvement projectsLeads specific improvement projects based on business cases and ROI analysis.Leads all phases of the project from start to finish.Ensure the purpose, objectives, metrics, and deliverables are clear and deliver them according to plan.Defines the plan, resource allocation, schedule, and list of results.REQUIREMENTSEducation and experienceFirst-level university degree or equivalent experience.Typically, 6+ years of related experience in process/business operations/program/project management.Quality improvement training and certification preferred.E2E/big-picture vision of the Q2C processes.Knowledge and skillsExcellent relationship management/networking skills including partnerships and consulting.Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills.Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.Excellent negotiation / influencing /adaptability skills.Superior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.Job -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Romania)Travel -Not SpecifiedRelocation -NoEqual Opportunity Employer (EEO) - HP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).Please be assured that you will not be subject to any adverse treatment if you choose to disclose the information requested.
