As a key technical influencer, you will play a pivotal role in setting the organization's technical direction, contributing to major software subsystems, and mentoring other engineers on their technical growth. Mentoring team members, responsible for their growth and performance.Primary Responsibilities:Delivery Ownership: Ownership of deliverables on time with high quality. Work closely with stakeholders (PLM’s, Architects, Leads) across the organization to ensure timely & smooth delivery. Planning: Plan the tasks, identify priorities, and allocate to the team. Work with the team track the progress regularly. Remove blockers for the team.Collaborative Scope Definition: Regularly assist Architects and Principal Engineers, Engineers in defining project scope and estimating efforts, demonstrating a collaborative approach to project management.Innovative Solutions: Work closely with Architects to devise and develop new solutions, particularly those involving cross-module dependencies.Product Design Detailing: Regularly detail all aspects of product design, ensuring alignment with the technical architectural framework.Performance Optimization: Review product architecture, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and other systemic limitations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive project delivery, fostering a collaborative work environment.Mentorship: Act as a manager for team members, promoting their growth and development within the team. Have regular 1:1’s and team meetings with members and motivate them.
