Apply now to unleash your potential as a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) in our vibrant London office.We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior HRBP to join our team at Workday who will collaborate with leaders in our EMEA Marketing & Corporate Functions, providing strategic advice and consultative solutions to drive exceptional outcomes.Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to determine and successfully implement organisational development, leadership development, team experience, engagement/effectiveness, and change management initiatives.Manage the core talent cycle throughout the year, including talent management, calibration, compensation planning, and career development, using Workday's innovative HCM product to ensure effective talent strategies and measurable results.Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and functional business partners to oversee performance management, investigations, and diversity & inclusion efforts.Drive business hiring and workforce planning in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.Work with regional People Partners to deliver and manage the EMEA Talent Strategy.About YouThe successful candidate is a People Business Partner who embodies Workday’s culture and core values. This role requires a combination of expertise in strategic partnering as well an ability to maintain the role of a trusted coach - this combination enables you to regularly & confidently influence.Basic Qualifications8+ years demonstrated ability supporting senior level leaders in highly matrixed environment as HR Business Partner 2 years experience managing talent projects across an organisation Other QualificationsExcellent communication skills: written, verbal, listening, presentation, meeting facilitation.Executive presence: resilience, consultative style, & ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms.Ability to multitask & context switch in support of supporting multiple regional client groups.Good understanding of and comfort in working in a highly matrixed structure.Knowledge of European labour law and regional practices.Deep business understanding: ability to enhance business performance through the creation of thoughtful People Strategies that are both regional and functional.Strong skills related to analyzing, synthesizing employee data to create valuable context and actionable insights.Ability to promote the Workday People Strategy - driving awareness and commitment at the regional level.Ability to build credibility with business clients and mentor/support people and purpose colleagues.Strong organisation and project management skills preferred.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
