In this role, you will partner closely with executive leaders to provide proactive HR partnership to their organizations, and lead the talent strategy of your client group. This role joins the Product & Technology aligned HR Business Partner (HRBP) Team .This includes the following:Strategic HR Planning: gain a deep business understanding including knowledge of our product/services, the business operating model, financials, how important decisions are made, our competitive landscape etc., and translate this business knowledge into a talent strategy that enables organisation success.Advising: Serving as a consultant to leadership on human resource related issues. Coaching leaders to enhance their abilities, working towards a highly engaged workforce, encouraging     cross-functional relationships, and building bench strength at all levels.Organizational Change: Leading organization changes within the department providing strategic input on business direction, resource planning and internal communication.Talent Management: In partnership with our business aligned Talent Experience partners, lead talent management and leadership planning strategies and processes to develop world-class executive talent.Culture and Belonging: Aligning performance management and reward strategies to create a culture of high performance and innovation within and across the business groups.Employee Engagement: Be a business champion to drive and use employee engagement initiatives that elevate and sustain high levels of employee engagement.HR Partnership: Engage and collaborate with the global HR team, including the People Partner team, HR Operations and Functional Centers of Excellence teams.Provide leadership and guidance to implement core HR policies, programs and practices vital to drive strategic objectives.About YouThe successful candidate is a strategic People Business Partner who embodies Workday’s culture and core values. This role requires a combination of expertise in strategic partnering as well an ability to maintain the role of a trusted coach - this combination enables you to regularly & confidently influence.Basic Qualifications8+ years demonstrated ability supporting executive clients in high growth technology companies.3 years experience in supporting large matrixed and dynamic organisations Other QualificationsExcellent communication skills: written, verbal, listening, presentation, meeting facilitationExecutive presence: resilience, consultative style, & ability to translate complex ideas into simple termsAbility to multitask & context switch in support of supporting multiple regional client groupsDeep business understanding: ability to enhance business performance through the creation of thoughtful People Strategies that are both regional and functional.Strong skills related to analyzing, synthesising employee data to create valuable context and  actionable insights.History of building & deploying People Programs that are laser-focused to drive measurable, positive changeAbility to orchestrate cross-functional alignment across the HR Ecosystem: Talent Acquisition, OD, Employee Relations, Compensation, D&I HRBPs, etc.Ability to promote the Workday People Strategy - driving awareness and commitment at the regional levelGood understanding of and comfort in working in a highly matrixed structure.Ability to build credibility with business clients and mentor/support people and purpose colleagues.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
