Financial Analyst, Manufacturing Finance

Non-CA Pay Range (Annual):$83,800.00 - $155,600.00At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.Infinera also offers paid leave, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, and disability insurance and toeligible employees.Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:Consolidate and analyze monthly performance for manufacturing results vs plan, focusing on key KPIs such as manufacturing variances, unit costs, inventory/working capitalPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast updates for Infinera COGSProvide support for financial modeling activities for CHIPS ACTConsult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scopeDrive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the functionSupport standard cost setting process and cost analysisCollaborate with operations teams to conduct cycle count and physical inventory activitiesMaintain accounting records and support SOX compliance requirementsConduct ad-hoc financial analysis and comprehend the budgeting and forecasting processesMinimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:3-7 years of manufacturing finance experienceStrong quantitative and analytical skills paired with business and financial acumenSolid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions effectivelyCollaborative team player capable of building trust and rapport with other departmentsFlexible and proactive approach to handling special projects, while efficiently managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesAbility to simultaneously focus on the near- and long-term aspects of the businessHighly organized; maintain a high level of accuracyGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and WordEducation Required:Bachelor’s degree in business or finance field required.
