Leveraging their fundamental Human Resources knowledge, familiarity with HR platforms, and proficiency in handling general administrative responsibilities, the Sr. HR Coordinator should be able to work autonomously and effectively to ensure timely and accurate completion job responsibilities. The candidate should have impeccable organizational skills, a self-starter mentality, and a strong desire to learn and grow with the organization. This is a critical role in executing our talent initiatives, applying a customer first approach, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHR Business Partner SupportProvide administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed through coordinating meetings for Talent Review, executive roundtable sessions and other HR meetings/eventsSupport rewards and recognition requestsSupport headcount management process by ensuring plan changes are accurately captured in WorkdayLiaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Payroll, Sales Operations) by tracking and providing necessary employment dataProvides support to HR Business Partners on associate matters, managing confidential information with discretion and maturityWhen necessary, ensure all US new hires have provided I-9 documents and cleared the eVerify processCollaborate with functional experts to coordinate regional employee eventsManage HRBP Site ensuring content is up to dateNew Hire Onboarding SupportSystems & ReportingMaintain data integrity in Workday related to employment lifecycle changes to include hires, terminations, position management, job profile creation, reporting, other related tasksCollaborate with HRIS and HR Business Partner teams on systems testing for new releases in WorkdayAd hoc reportingManages employment lifecycle transactions and sees them through to completion/final approvals.Acts as a liaison when necessary with other HR Centers of Excellence, Finance, and other key internal stakeholdersOffboarding SupportSchedules and conducts exit interviews leveraging insights and trends to make recommendationsDistributes termination and offboarding materials, ensures personal items are shipped to terminated associates (as needed)JOB REQUIREMENTS3+ years of experience in a similar role in Human Resources2+ years of experience with HRIS systems (Workday highly preferred)Intermediate technical skills, including MS Office Suite are key to the success of this roleKeen attention to detail and strong organizational skillsMust be a self-starter, eager to learn, and the ability to balance multiple prioritiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretionExceptional written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clientsFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, start-up environmentFind yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply?
