The ideal candidate will have strong background in business analysis in loan servicing products .As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. Techno-functional Expertise: Leverage your strong techno-functional understanding to facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the Engineering Team. Demonstrate proficiency in technical concepts such as APIs, JSON, and configurations. You should have a strong background in loan servicing.2. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements. Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for the Engineering Team. Ensure appropriate functional test coverage for all current and new enhancements.3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and deliverables. Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Q2's Lending products and services. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to contribute valuable insights and recommendations.5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the product development lifecycle. Propose and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.6.
