Pricing and Sales Operation SpecialistDescription -Within the US HyperX/Poly sales team, the Pricing and Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for managing our pricing and promotion process for all US retailers and etailers for HyperX/Poly Peripherals. This person will act as a Pricing and Promotion expert for the HyperX/Poly Peripherals Portfolio, supporting the US Sales and Channel Marketing team to successfully sell HyperX/Poly products every day.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Loading approved pricing on GPSY and managing all pricing activities such as price changesUploading all discounts for accounts on PATSYAdd new accounts to initial products that were not set up initiallySetting up the warranty on SWOP for HyperX/Poly peripheralsWork closely and support HyperX/Poly sales team on setting up correct pricing and promotion activitiesOwn and manage the entire pricing and promotion process for the US salesSales operation activities in running sales reports, financial reports and forecast reportsCompiling data for reports and assist with analysis.Ad-hoc reports as neededEducation and Experience Required:University or Bachelors degreeTypically 2-5 years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferredExperience in support sales, marketing and operation team is preferred.Knowledge and Skills:Business planning skills, multidimensionalFinancial planning and modelling skillsStrong communication skillsKnowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.Knowledge of sale process and sales operationLeadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing.)HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:•Dental insurance•Disability insurance•Employee assistance program•Flexible schedule•Flexible spending account•Health insurance•Life insurance Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $66,100 - $101,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
