Search JobsJob DescriptionAssist in managing inventory by collecting shipment forecasts and coordinating with manufacturing operations to ensure inventory availabilityManage inventory transactions & reconciliation related incoming receipts, outbound shipments, and internal transfersResponsible for maintaining, tracking and analyzing all inbound and outbound shipments, including working with carriers and the 3PL providerLead the analysis and provide statistical information on the tracking of product shipments and inventoryCollect and analyze appropriate data for preparing required inventory summary reports, such as inventory count, distribution, freight, cycle time, etc, for use by Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance leadersFulfill VeloCloud sales orders, POC orders and RMAs by processing hardware shipments and/or provisioning SaaS or term software access in regulation with import/export complianceLiaise amongst Sales, Operations, Manufacturing and Finance to ensure smooth and accurate processing of sales orders as part of the specified workflow in NetSuiteTimely update of customer orders processing data in NetSuite and Salesforce including but not limited to Edge devices and related shipping detailsParticipate in process improvements and initiatives in overall order management process by recommending and implementing specific improvements to work processes based on feedback collected from different internal and external partnersRequired Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline3-5 years of work experience in overall order processing & inventory management, in particular finished goods hardware & order fulfillmentsExperience with ERP systems and CRM systems for software/SaaS and HW businessesStrong Excel skills, including pivot tablesAbility to work effectively under time critical deadlines and handle competing prioritiesOrganizational skills, high attention to detail, and superior time managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skillsThe ability to assemble and synthesize large amounts of data into actionable recommendationsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teamsGood judgment, self-confidence and high energy to thrive in a fast-paced environmentGrowth mindset with a commitment to ongoing learningWillingness to adjust to and embrace changePreferred Skills:Our team looks for individuals who embody our values of humility, compassion, collaboration above isolationism, respectfulness, integrity, and good-natured fun.
