This role can be based in San Francisco, CA, in a hybrid capacity. Our team looks across the customer lifecycle and helps customers discover, buy, and use Autodesk products through engaging digital experiences. Our digital customer experience is in an exciting transition to a consolidated experience for all customers and all products. You will ensure the engineering team that delivers these solutions operates at scale.You will help our team to build a healthy organization by designing and improving operational models. You will help us partner across organizations and help us mature our engineering excellence practice. You bring expertise in how to run great engineering teams and are excited to create that at scale. You will be a member of the engineering leadership team and serve as an advisor and enabler of the success of the team.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Engineering Managers/Directors, Product Managers and Leadership to ensure roadmap agreement on engineering and product prioritiesDefine and manage the rhythm of this group and coordinate quarterly business objectives and important resultsManage executive meetings/workshops, such as formulating topics, building and advising agendas, guiding the discussion, bringing together action items, and following upDesign and guide strategic meetings and workshops such as team building sessions, organizational reviews, strategy discussions, and other topics for team meetingsLead program retrospectives and commitment to improvement on a regular cadenceProvide feedback, and recommendations to senior management regarding the development, capabilities, and potential of all initiativesWork with engineers, technical leads, managers, and others to work towards a common visionProvide leadership to achieve a high software engineering standard, including efficiency, quality, security, resiliency, and other best practicesManage the planning, execution, and success of complex technical projectsCollaborate with a geographically-dispersed teams and team membersMinimum Qualifications10+ years of experience managing technical projects in a software engineering domain.5+ years Engineering Program Management experience driving SDLC projects across engineering organizations.Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or Computer Science or equivalent years of work experience running technical projectsModern Web experienceExperience with AWS & SaaS servicesAgile certification#LI-RB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $138,200 and $223,630. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
