Job Requisition ID #24WD77711Position OverviewAs the Brand Engagement Specialist, you will create and promote exceptional Gallery experiences for visitors as directed by the Brand Engagement Manager. In this role, you will lead tours, and onsite brand activations that act as catalysts to sales, collaborative partnerships, brand awareness, and to serve as an effective brand ambassador to internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesTour Management: Coordinate, schedule, and lead both briefing and non-briefing tours at One Market or Autodesk Technology CentersGallery Experience: Foster and uphold excellent hospitality standards with all stakeholders, ensuring that all tour interactions are consistent with the Autodesk brandTour Narrative Quality: Maintain the relevance of the Gallery narrative to brand messaging, collaborating with SME team members for content integration. Update Ambassador learning pathways and scriptReporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on visitor satisfaction levels for events and toursData Management and Quality: Ensure all visitor records are up-to-date and accurateEvents Support: Offer onsite support for Gallery events, under the guidance of the Gallery Events Manager. Help with marketing initiatives to spread awareness about the GalleryAutodesk University: Provide onsite logistical support for tour experiences, which includes resolving scheduling conflicts, managing the check-in desk, and maintaining A/V equipmentEducational Tours: Partner with AEX to implement and lead experience options tailored to different age groups and sizesExhibit Program Support: Monitor exhibit functionality and help coordinate minor installations, maintenance, storage, and shippingTime Management and Prioritization: You will prioritize and communicate tasks according to Autodesk's Ways of WorkingMinimum Qualifications4+ years of relevant work experienceBA/BS or equivalent professional experienceYou will work onsite Monday – Friday at One Landmark or Pier 9 in San FranciscoYou will shift your daily schedule to depending on business needsProficient with collaboration technology (Zoom, Slack, Mural, etc.)Your ImpactBe the Autodesk brand ambassador for customers and other stakeholdersDeliver an outstanding and inspiring brand experience to internal and external audiencesExemplify an understanding of how tours complement the brand and align with the overall strategy of the global organizationLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $64,000 and $110,440. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
