We are looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join our Internal Communications team in Belgrade. The Intranet Coordinator will play a key role in helping the Internal Communications team become more effective, streamlined and easier to do business with, so we can inform, involve and inspire our colleagues around the world. This role will provide effective support through day-to-day coordination and administration of The Lens, our company intranet.About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  2-4 years of working experience in intranet management – ideally within a global, matrixed organizationC1 level of English Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .  Customer-focused, proactive, flexible and “can do” mindset.Natural ability to look for opportunities to evolve the status quo and improve processes.Strong planning and organizational skills.Accuracy, attention to detail and superior organization skills.Strong understanding of visual design principles, user experience and information architecture.What will you be doing in this role? Day-to-day administration - add/deliver content via appropriate channels in line with approved plans; for example, regularly update Global calendar events (holidays), weekly polls, blogs, feature banners, training articles and videos.Act as the first point of contact for The Lens – day-to-day colleague queries and support. Provide advice on structure and hands-on support to build new pages and spaces. Lead projects to improve intranet sections and introduce new tools through the intranet.Monitor user-generated content and seek regular feedback to understand intranet user needs. Monitor channel usage and provide insight and recommendations.Provide support and guidance to colleagues and group owners on effective use of The Lens.Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and involve them in planning and problem-solving.Deliver training to new users/refresher training for existing users.About the Team   Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications, this is a fantastic growth opportunity for someone to learn the craft of being an internal communications specialist. The ideal candidate will quickly fit in with the global team, be a keen learner and display a proactive, positive attitude. This role will suit someone with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects at the same time.
