This team supports new offerings as they come to market via deal specific support as well as a focus on long term automation and simplification.About the RoleThe Commercial Incubation Analyst will play a key role on Workday's Pricing team, supporting quoting process for new offerings and commercial models to enable successful deal closures and positive internal & external customer experiences.Additionally, you'll be challenged to drive long term standardization and automation to help the business scale appropriately. Cross functional partnership is key as you’ll partner with account executives, deal support teams, product pricing leads, as well as business technology and systems experts. Key Responsibilities:Engage with Account Executives and Deal Support teams on deal by deal basisOwn and perform manual steps within deal cycle to ensure pricing and agreement are accurate for new offerings and/or new commercial modelsServe as subject matter expert for new offering pricing and commercial termsPartner with internal business technology and sales systems teams to lead long term automation designAssist in creation of enablement materials related to automation designsAbout YouBasic Qualifications:2 + years of experience working within a SaaS Pricing organization, preferably in an AE facing roleOther Qualifications:Skilled at successfully performing time sensitive tasksStrong verbal and written communication skills requiredMust be a self-starter, able to work independently across functional and organizational linesMust be a good cultural fit for Workday's high-achievement, yet fun, casual and encouraging environmentOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
