In this role, you will enable our customer to be more collaborative, insight driven and have business outcomes!About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager in an outbound Product Management role, focusing on the EMEA region for both Prism Analytics and People Analytics. This is an exciting opportunity to empower companies to be strategically data driven enabling meaningful insights and measurable actions!This position will require you to foster a strong customer community amongst our Workday Prism Analytics and People Analytics customers in EMEA. You must be strong in outbound activities, such as working directly with customers, services, sales, presales, customer success management, product marketing, and other teams close to Workday customers. You are comfortable presenting to the C-suite and have very strong verbal and written communication.About YouBasic Qualifications8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in the ERP space, with particular focus on reporting and analyticsA minimum of 5 years in either FIN or HR products and services or general analytics (e.g. BI or Data Management/ETL)Other QualificationsDirect, hands-on experience with Reporting and BI/Analytics toolsExperience leading customer-facing programs, such as advisory councils, design partner groups or customer communitiesAble to motivate audiences, provide clear direction, and give insight on industry trendsExperience of leading, partnering and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentHighly collaborative attitude with solid examples of working well with others to drive positive outcomes for customersCan optimally balance multiple priorities reliably while keeping a positive demeanourExperience presenting to and interacting with customers senior leadership Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
