Job DescriptionWhere you will work: Bangalore / Remote We're currently seeking a Product Manager, Commerce, to join our Growth Platform Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about eCommerce and dedicated to crafting exceptional customer experiences.As part of our GPT group, you'll report to the Director for Commerce, Identity, and Administration. Your primary responsibility will be to champion and drive forward our GoTo Commerce vision and strategic roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives and customer demands. With a focus on internal customer satisfaction, you'll collaborate closely with Product Business Units, Functional, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.Your strong analytical skills will empower you to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and develop strategies that foster accelerated growth. Attention to detail is paramount as you craft clear requirement documentation, and you'll thrive on the challenge of bringing new products to market while supporting LogMeIn's expansion initiatives.Your Day to DayCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, and Business Units to gain deep insights into customer needs, utilizing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.· Work alongside Commerce Engineering leads to strike a balance between short-term gains and long-term impact, ensuring exceptional results.· Define, refine, and execute the Commerce vision, strategy, and roadmaps, continuously evaluating and adapting them as needed.· Develop expertise in your domain area to provide valuable insights and guidance.· Assess and review API and developer documentation for effective evaluation and implementation.· Engage with the product team, functional leadership, and other stakeholders to socialize Commerce strategies and plans.· Ensure transparent communication at all levels regarding the status and health of the product roadmap and major initiatives.· Act as a clear, effective, and active communicator, fostering a collaborative team environment both internally and externally.· Drive internal process enhancements across teams, eliminating obstacles, and delivering high-impact projects with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality.· Take ownership of backlog management and prioritization processes.· Collaborate effectively with teams in different offices and time zones to ensure seamless coordination and execution.What we are looking for:2+ years of relevant industry experience in a product management role within the high-tech or software sector; SAAS experience preferred.· Additional experience with eCommerce, subscription-based services, and telecom billing is advantageous.· Proficiency in understanding highly technical products and adeptness in influencing engineers while making strategic product trade-offs.· Proven track record of success collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, with the ability to effectively advocate ideas and plans to various internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, analysts, and partners.· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and project management capabilities.· Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, particularly in navigating business considerations for complex software products.· Experience working in an Agile environment, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across functional areas.· Highly self-motivated with a team-oriented approach, showcasing a passion for achieving collective goals.· A team-first attitude, with a focus on fostering team happiness, motivation, and productivity through proven techniques.· Bachelor’s degree required.You’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team that is very much the sum of its parts.
