Poly supports our customers by providing solutions for office and personal spaces so everyone can participate, feel included and be their best and, no matter the environment.Poly Category Manager for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) will be part of a regional category in Greater Asia market, and will be responsible for driving Poly business in ANZ.Responsibilities:Responsible for driving Revenue, Margin and Market Share objectives for Poly in ANZ market.Build annual plans broken by quarter (4 Quarter Rolling Plans) for ANZ capturing business objectives, key priorities, growth initiatives and investments required.Build quarterly business plan in partnership with Sales, distribution and marketing teams, breaking down to distributor, partner and end customer level.Build, track and deliver granular P&L view capturing revenue, margin and expense itemsBuild channel and customer schemes / programs/ offers to drive sales out including scheme design and cost budgetingDrive end to end inventory management including forecast, supply , end of life and obsolescence as well as  managing channel inventory health.Support markets on key deals by advanced planning for tenders, product positioning and supporting ongoing deals through product and cost positioning.Support all other business functions including solution architects,  marketing , channel marketing, finance  to drive end to end executionGather competitive insights from channel partners and customers to ensure tactical competitiveness as well as identify product gapsStrong engagement in distributor sell in and sell out processes including financial and product negotiationsOperationalize business plans by owning end to end problem solving for country, covering a broad area of support including product, marketing, alliances, supply, transactional issues among others.Build and drive operating cadence to execute the quarterly plans.Build and track analytics and insights to track progress on key business metrics across the quarter.Skills Required :Growth Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with a mindset to look at problems as opportunities to move business forward. The role will require a majority of time being spent on solving existing problems as well as building new solutionsCandidate should be a self starter as multiple teams will look up to this role for moving the workflow forward and achieving business results.Should have strong presentation and communication skills as the role requires structuring business and product challenges, business cases and present across various stakeholders including Executive Management.Should have strong negotiation skills as the role would require regular negotiations with distributors, sales teams and other stakeholdersMusts be able to build strong and deep relationships across multiple team members, internal and external. The role requires navigating through complex and differing objectives that require mutual trust to succeed.Must be great at managing multiple projects and workstreams at the same time, handling transactional and strategic work as well as customer / partner engagements all running concurrently.Must have strong data analytics skills, being able to leverage large, complex and changing data to arrive and clear decisions and drive actionsMust have advanced excel skills as the role would require extensive data analysis for problem solving and driving data based actions.Must have advanced Power point skills as the role would require storytelling and the ability to communicate complex business problems in simple terms including presenting  to senior management.Strong process and organization understanding as the role engages across almost all stakeholders in organization including worldwide and regional teams, sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, operations, logistics, finance among others.High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment.Qualifications Required:Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration with Technical / Engineering BackgroundExperience:8-10 years of relevant experience.Experience in sales, category, business development or product management highly desirable.Requires working across multiple time zones.
