Commercial Growth Marketing Lead, CEEDescription -About This RoleIn the dynamic intersection of digital marketing and commercial growth, this role is pivotal to steering our organization towards its ambitious revenue and market expansion goals. As the Commercial Growth Lead, you will spearhead initiatives that harness the synergy between innovative digital marketing strategies and growth-focused tactics, primarily within the B2B landscape. Your mission is to drive acquisition, experimentation, retention, engagement, and monetization strategies for our portfolio of commercial products and services, overseeing projects that bridge Core and Growth marketing efforts.ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Execution: Devise and implement comprehensive growth strategies that integrate digital marketing projects to boost both organic and paid channel success. This role emphasizes leveraging global and local markets insights, product developments, and customer behavior analytics to drive scalable growth models that are market level applicable yet country level adaptable.Digital Infrastructure and Lead Nurture: Streamline digital infrastructure and lead processes, enhancing data governance and optimizing tools for better growth and reporting. Implement and refine targeted nurture programs across channels using automation and segmentation to boost lead engagement effectively.Data-Driven Decision Making:  Collaborate with Data Science and CEE Marketing Analytics teams to refine and apply sophisticated campaign attribution models tailored to the B2B sector. Leverage deep analytical expertise to dissect complex data sets, guiding strategic decisions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the lead acquisition, activation, and retention processes within the lead funnel.Cross-Functional Execution: Forge strong collaborative ties across marketing and sales teams to collectively drive the growth strategy and implement effective B2B efforts. This integrated approach ensures a unified front in market penetration and customer engagement strategies for Enterprise, MM and SMB segments.Innovation through Experimentation: Lead the charge in A/B testing and other forms of experimentation to continually refine growth models. This role is responsible for auditing and innovating nurture programs across various communication channels, employing sophisticated automation and segmentations to increase engagement and conversion rates.Collaboration and Leadership: Act as a critical connector among Country Marketing Managers, Centers of Excellence (Media, Content, MarTech), and external agencies. This role ensures seamless execution of growth strategies across different countries, fostering a culture of cooperation and shared success.Qualifications RequiredEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.Growth Expertise: A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience and expertise in building scalable and compounding growth models (ABM, demand capture, and/or Reforge) including one-to-many, one-to-few, and one-to-one strategies, driving growth for Commercial / Enterprise / SMB products and/or services. A profound understanding of modern account-based and growth marketing technology stacks, with experience in tools such as Eloqua, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), 6Sense, DemandBase, Outreach, , etc.Performance Channels: Proven ability to analyze and optimize the performance of various performance channels, including SEM, Display, Native, and Paid Social across platforms, to drive measurable growth outcomes.Nurture Programs: Expertise in auditing, designing, and implementing sophisticated nurture programs, with a strong foundation in automation based on triggers and segmentations. Familiarity with experimentation tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize is required, with additional credit given for completion of the Reforge program.Project Management Skills: Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects from conception to completion. Ability to effectively manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills are essential.Analytical and Strategic Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable growth strategies. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is crucial.Communication and Leadership: Strong written, interpersonal, and leadership skills, capable of driving consensus across diverse teams and managing projects with high visibility and impact.Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheet), CRM/MRM applications, and growth marketing technology stacks (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager).About HPAt HP, we are committed to innovation, leadership, and making a meaningful difference in the world.
