Our Service Delivery Center is focused on customer satisfaction and is comprised of highly skilled and well-motivated Support Analysts. This position will be a part of a high-volume service delivery center with expectations around excellence and efficient resolution for Enterprise application support incidents. This position will be focused on incident management and resolution for application business support service for our global customers and client services teams working in tandem with our onsite teamsResponsibilities Self-starter abilities are essential and the aptitude to work independently and in a team environment. Deliver the services within the agreed SLA and ensure all issues are handled promptly. Well-versed with user administration, configuration, and customization Understand the SF security model - Roles, Profiles, Public Groups, Sharing Rules, Queues, etc.Quality of Service to be given the topmost priorityKnowledge of Business functionalities like workflows, validation rules, report generation, and service cloud features.Understanding the Autodesk business processes to the core and building sustainable plans to provide business supportAbility to support most of the issues which include Order-to-Access flow from the customers which are usable from the Customer Engagement Portal.Proactively check and assist customers with orders failing with certain systematic conditions under GOLD for improved customer satisfaction.Good understanding of APIs, services offered, and application chain provided to Autodesk partners for ease of access and classification of purchasable software owned.Should be ready and flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7 coverage) as for the team and business requirements, which include Night shift as well Ensure that the levels of business support are within corporate parameters and that quality assurance processes are in place and being implemented.Minimum QualificationsAny Bachelors/Master’s degree is a must with preference to Computer Applications3-5 years of overall experience working in the software industry and a minimum of 1-2 years of expertise in ERP, CRM, and related applications support.Good understanding of IT Service Management, and ITIL processes.
