Portugal Marketing ManagerDescription -About the JobWe are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced marketer to manage the Marketing function in HP Portugal. The ideal candidate is a Marketer with proven experience in driving the brand and demand creation and capture, in both B2C and B2B environments, with measurable impact on the brand and revenue contribution. They should be highly dynamic, results-oriented, and strategically skilled to earn a seat at the business table, understanding how to drive influence and collaboration between Sales and Marketing.ResponsibilitiesTranslates business objectives and priorities into marketing strategies that deliver impact to brand and businessDevelop and implement the country marketing plan, aligned with the global and regional marketing objectives and strategiesAdapt and deliver effective marketing campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and customer loyalty, with both consumers and customersManage the country marketing budget and optimize the return on investmentCoordinate and execute online and offline marketing activities, such as webinars, events, email campaigns, programmatic and social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, comms, etc.Exercises high level of digital marketing transformation knowledge to advance position in new digital capabilities and touchpointsAnalyze and report on the performance and impact of the marketing initiatives, using data and insights to optimize and improve the marketing effectivenessCoordinate consumer marketing efforts in straight alignment with Trade marketing and Retail sales teamsCollaborate with commercial sales to support the lead generation, pipeline management, and customer acquisition and retention goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media in the country or regionEnsure compliance with the company's brand guidelines, legal policies, local laws, and best practicesAct as a functional manager, offering mentorship and guidance to junior employeesRequirementsGraduate degree in marketing, business, or related fieldAt least 8-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology environmentProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the countryStrong knowledge of the local market, customer behavior, and industry trendsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsHighly creative, analytical, and results-orientedAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a super fast-paced and dynamic environmentFluent in Portuguese and English.
