Customer Experience (CXP) Centre of Excellence (CoE) Governance and Engagement LeadDescription -As part of the Global Channel, Sales Innovation & Operations Organization, the Customer Experience (CXP) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at HP Inc, designs and implements state of the art Customer enablement solutions. Enablement in the form of Bid and Tender response infrastructure, Customer Contracts and invoicing management, and Operational engagement solutions for HP’s Tier 1 Global Accounts.The Customer Experience CoE Governance and Engagement Lead will be part of the Strategy and Planning team, leading real time governance and tracking mechanisms to support the organizations strategic direction. They are also responsible for defining and executing communication and employee engagement strategy and supporting the leadership team to foster an effective work environment to achieve operational excellence.You will help deliver business growth to HP through:Managing the Customer Experience CoE business management system, executing the defined governance to track, measure and improve key performance indicators for the organization.Effective execution of the market and CoE engagement that ensures collective understanding of key challenges and opportunities to improve customer experience in each sales market.Planning and executing a range of engagements across peer functions including supply chain and product category to ensure constant alignment on critical jointly owned initiatives.Continuous improvement of the business management system that allows dynamic response to current and potential future challenges and opportunities.Driving employee engagement and internal communications activity within the CXP CoE with the objective of improving employee engagement as measured by the annual Voice Insight Action employee survey.Coordinating internal Customer Experience CoE governance.Coordinate BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and BPM (Business Process Management) activities and responsibilities with the individual owners in each CXP organization to ensure alignment with mandatory global policies and standards.Supporting the development of effective executive-level presentation materials for executive reviews.Supporting with the design and implementation of processes and tools used to track organizational operating expenditure.Supporting with the definition and execution of the operational governance for business resource planning w/in CXPLeading a variety of short, mid and long term initiatives that require coordination across functions.Must Have:Mindset of innovation and intellectual curiosity, combines various perspectives and approaches in creative waysAbility to inspire and drive individuals across multiple initiatives to deliver a common objectiveProven track record of delivering high levels of employee engagement in large teamsConfident and effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of management, delivering a combination of consensus and directive driven interaction.Excellent in delivering messages through data and facts with visual representation of those.Very strong verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and influence.Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.Proven track record in change and project management of large-scale process and/or infrastructure transformation impacting customers and internal stakeholders.3+ years of related experience in Sales Operations, Strategy and Planning and/or business operations rolesPreferred:Experience in project management and stakeholders’ engagement and management Experience in large multinational Technology Industry organization HP is a proven leader in personal systems and printing, delivering innovations that empower people to create, interact, and inspire like never before.
