You will be a core leader of our Warehouse solutions including warehouse management, labor and task management, robotics, etc.Our current technical environment: Software: C++, Java, Spring boot, Gradle, GIT, Hibernate, Rest API, OAuthApplication Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture.Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)Devops: CI/CD, Jenkins OS: Windows, LinuxFrameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Spring boot, Gradle GIT, Ignite Database: Oracle, MS SQL ServerWhat you’ll do:Responsible for blueprint and delivery of key services in our Transportation Management solution on-time, to scope and within the budget.Ability to rally and motivate teams towards the organization’s goals, OKRs and good business outcomes.Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and delivery of capabilities in a cost efficient and timely manner.Collaborate with the global team across Product (PD, PMG) and the broader organization in helping achieve consensus on key topics.Drive architecture and designs to become simpler, more robust, and more efficient.Provide early visibility and mitigation to challenges through the journey.Confidently represents product and portfolio, including vision and functional and technical roadmaps, within the company and, when necessary, to customers.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Preferred) and minimum 15 to 18 years of experience in Software development. Ideally a candidate who started as a developer and progressed through the leadership path working with engineering teams.Demonstrable experience in leading enterprise cloud solutions (we use Azure) end to end (Planning through Delivery).Experience working with global teams and driving successful outcomes for organizations through delivery of quality software solutions.Good working knowledge and interests in Cloud native architecture, distributed micro-services, multi-tenant SaaS solution and cloud scalability, performance, and high availability.Experience with API management platforms & providing / consuming RESTful APIs.Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and infrastructure automation.Any cloud and DevOps related certifications will be helpful.Understanding in Java, Spring Boot, AEH/Kafka, Docker, DevOpsExperience with REST, JSON & web servicesAbility to solve complex problems with robust architectural solutions.Can manage prioritization and deliverables across multiple scrum teams.Can define and build mechanisms to validate NFRs, be it throughput, latency, and resilience.Strong in architectural and design patternsExpected to have Sound software engineering practices and a passion for quality.Strong communication skills are essential, both written and oral, targeted at a wide variety of internal and external audiences.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
