Responsibilities:Drive the growth of our Employee Experience services capability, overseeing employee data, records and self-service documentation, payroll administration, reporting, policy development, employment compliance, and management of standardized processes including onboarding/offboarding, leave and absence administrationOperational implementation of a strong business review cadence and service KPIs, creating the visibility and insights necessary to surface risk and improve processes Cultivates a team culture of employee advocacy, leading from an understanding that help tickets and cases are a window into the needs, feedback, and enhancement requests of our internal customers and an opportunity to champion improvementProcess owner for Onboarding and Offboarding in partnership with Recruiting, Culture and Development teams, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy as part of an overall great experienceStay up to date on COE initiatives and statutory requirements and ensure systems, employee communications, template libraries, process docs, handbooks, etc are evolving.
