Our employees are at the core of our business which means you must have a passion for leading and motivating people, growing talent, and building hard-working teams. We want a manager that thrives in a high growth environment and has a demonstrated track record of successful project management and implementation of process improvements that scale to future growth. You will also have a strong understanding of developing and coordinating training programs for employees, customers, and consultants.Lead and develop a team of hardworking Instructors.Purposefully recruit, develop, lead, and retain a complementary team of instructors supporting Workday’s product training.Schedule training courses, coordinating customer on-site requests and training facilitiesCoordinate and own the learning process for InstructorsPromote a team-orientated, ambitious, and innovative work environment.Maintain and continuously improve the instructor onboarding, performance management and career development process.Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer happiness level.Maintain quality service by implementing quality and customer service standards; analysing and resolving customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvementsDrive revenue targets through instructor course scheduling; improving efficienciesOwn and run Workday Education assigned global projectsPromote Workday Education to other organisations within Workday, creating awareness and alignment, to ensure consistency when interacting with customers and partnersAbout YouBasic Qualifications3+ years’ management experience with knowledge in full scale ERP deployments or Financial Training Industry or experience working with enterprise financial applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or etc.Language Skills: business proficient in English are required.Other QualificationsPassion for education! Self-motivated and can work without direct supervision. Experience in conducting virtual or in-person classes with a large audience is a plus point.Passionate about overcoming challenges and able to work independently and lead the team towards success.Being agile and flexible while adapting to a changing environment.Willing to work optimally in any APAC / Japan time zone.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
