This individual will serve as a key member of the HR Leadership team and effectively manage and support the strategic operations of the department. The role work closely with and directly report to the Chief People Officer. Your day-to-day Lead and support Chief People Officer by planning and managing events HR events across the organization i.e., Town Halls, including agenda, preparation of materials, and post meeting follow-upPartner with Comms team to create HR announcements, and speeches and presentations for the Chief People OfficerLead and project manage a variety of cross-functional initiatives in the advancement of the HR strategy. This includes owning the completion and identifying measures of success for large high-profile projects. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including SVP’s, employee, and external partners.Oversee HR budget ensure projects come in within budget.Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.Develop an understanding of the big picture business dynamics that contribute to strategy development and translate to people plans. Identify opportunities for process enhancement within HR functions and implement streamlined processes. Prepare reports for the senior leadership using business metrics and KPIs.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.What you bring to the teamBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.
