Operational Process AnalystDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for executing operational processes, analyzing existing sales cycle processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements. The role engages with customers to enhance satisfaction and handles critical processes like pricing analysis and invoicing. The role utilizes business applications for data analysis, ensures accuracy in deliverables, and undergoes training to enhance skills.ResponsibilitiesManage Partner Data collection, Incentive Rebates Payouts through performance & sales targets validation and Disputes & query handling from Partners.Operate processes based on specific instructions/manual.Supports order transactions and reporting of customer issuesCapture, entry, and organization of customer information, updating sales data, maintaining records and documentation, researching information, compiling data for reports, assisting with analysis, and coordinating work via pre-defined processes Ensures that both transactional and aggregated data are timely, accurate, organized, and accessible. Compiles work and presents final deliverables.Produces analyses and reports using business applications.Contributes to continuous process refinement and improvement.Evaluates a variety of common business issues and recommends course of action.Education and Experience RequiredUniversity degree or equivalent experience.Typically 4-5 years of experience in Partner Data collection, Incentive Rebates Payouts through performance & sales targets validation and Disputes & query handling from Partners.Knowledge and SkillsGood communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.Basic knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel, powerpoint presentations).Ability to work as active member of a team.Basic understanding of internal business processes and policies.Impact & Scope• Impacts own work and acts as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts.Complexity• Learns to apply basic theories and concepts to work tasks.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
