UX Research Coordinator

Join us in creating a seamless experience from log on to log-off.When you join our research team at GoTo as UX Research Coordinator, you’ll be helping build GoTo products by coordinating the recruiting and community building activities of the UX Research team. You'll collaborate directly with Product, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders in addition to working with the UX organization.  You’ll build and lead our Customer Ambassador program, building an engaged community of customers & partners, who are eager to share their insights, feedback, and challenges, participate in research studies, beta programs, and surveys, and help to shape the GoTo products that we are building. We're dedicated to creating user-centered and accessible products, and you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal by ensuring our customers and partners are involved in the process.   Your Day to DayAs a UX Research Coordinator you would be working on:Develop and implement strategies to effectively build, recruit, and maintain an active customer community program for GoTo’s continuous and varying research needs Evaluate, identify, and execute opportunities to increase the impact of the program Manage community interactions, including posting engaging content, responding to customers, and sending recruitment outreach Maintain close communication and partnership with internal stakeholders across departments and portfolios to coordinate efforts to grow the program Facilitate various aspects of participant recruitment for user experience research studies and early access beta programs, including outreach, screening, scheduling, and incentives Monitor and report on program activity and growth to provide visibility to internal stakeholders on the health of the program  Co-ordinate, and drive systematic improvements to research documentation  Engage UXR team members to proactively improve the processes and systems that support team operations and collaboration          What We’re Looking ForAs a UX Research Coordinator, your background will look like:2+ years project or program management experience or equivalent work experience Ability to engage in outreach, connect, communicate and build a community of customers and partners to help us on our product lifecycle journey. Understanding of UX Design and Research Meticulous tracking and documentation, and the ability to manage time sensitive tasks like recruiting. Confident management of standard office productivity, project and database management toolset At GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment.
