He/She shall manage supplier quality to meet Razer's requirement and perform source inspection on product & process to ensure product specifications and the requirements of the Quality Assurance Program are met.Manage and monitor Razer Contract Manufacturers (CM), ensure CM understand and meet Razer quality system requirementsWork with CM to optimize quality cooperation procedureMake and validate SI instruction/checklist of new projects according to PRS, work with engineering/reliability team to audit new projects to ensure qualityPrepare and perform source inspections at different CMConduct QPA (Quality Process Assessment) and QSA  (Quality System Assessment/Audit) to promote CM's continual improvementSupport manager to manage quality issues and promote product improvementSupport manager to conduct CM quality reviews & performance reviewsManage and train outsourced inspectorsPre-Requisites :Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Supplier Quality Management, and a background performing process improvement, failure analysis, corrective action, quality review etcRelevant industry background of System and PC peripheral products such as laptop, keyboard, mouse, headset, controller and speaker, be familiar with the process and testing of these products and SMT, and have experience in defect analysis and improvement. Knowledge of manufacturing quality control Points (e.g. receiving, in-process, final, first article).Knowledge of quality system managementExperience in QCP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC etc. quality toolsExperience in driving quality improvement and on-site management, such as automation, fool-proofing, key station monitoringDaily travel to factories as neededWork independently and rigorously, self-motivate & working under high pressure. Good communication skills and team management skills.Proficient in English & Chinese reading and writing preferredAre you game?
