Across Australia and New Zealand, we deliver the best all-round entertainment offering, with international headline concert tours, intimate boutique music events, family entertainment, comedy, festivals and much more.The role:The Financial Accountant will be responsible for month end processes, reconciliations and reporting for a number of entities, as well as play a key role in liaising with auditors and provide on-going support to the team. Immediate start is available for this position.Key responsibilities:Prepare monthly GST lodgements for Australian and New Zealand companiesPrepare monthly sponsorship journals, review expenditure and reconcile variancesPrepare monthly and adhoc overhead journalsManage the month end process including roll forward, monthly journals and revaluationsPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations across Live Nation’s Australian and New Zealand companiesPerform roll forward workpapers across Live Nation’s Australian and New Zealand companies Assist with audit requirements from the internal and external auditors Prepare intercompany matrix across all Live Nation entitiesAssist with monthly reporting requirementsAd-hoc reporting and tasks as requiredRequirements:A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and working towards CPA/CA2-3 years of work experience in accounting role with exposure to end of month processesHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work under pressure, in a team and autonomouslyStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communicationAbility and willingness to meet business-critical deadlinesStrong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detailExperience with Oracle ERP system and BI Tool is preferrable, but not essential.What do we offer?Ticket perks to our eventsFlexible working environmentHealth & wellbeing activities and programs, including free counsellingInvestment in your personal career development and trainingTo be part of an innovative and exciting business!Sound like the role for you?
