Job Requisition ID #24WD77228Position OverviewThe marketing manager in this role is responsible for delivering the strategy and implementation approach for the 1:Many digital marketing campaigns and initiatives in Korea, aligned with global and regional objectives to achieve business and revenue growth targetsThis role requires a unique combination of digital marketing experience, business acumen, project management, strong communication and data analytics skillsThe successful candidate will work with various stakeholders including global industry campaign team, Principal campaign manager within GDC team, local marketing team, marketing operations, digital media team and sales, to orchestrate direct to customer digital campaigns in South Korea. Local market knowledge and relationship with the South Korea sales organization will be leveraged to shape asset development and to deliver relevant and compelling customer centric messaging for the South Korea market.By leveraging data insights, the successful candidate will work closely with digital media, marketing operations and digital experience teams, to test and optimize marketing content and vehicles to drive desired customer behavior. He/she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with limited supervision. The role requires strong collaboration skills across a dynamic cross section of a global matrix organization. Attention to detail, managing multiple priorities, understanding digital, data and experience on demand generation campaigns will be critical to success in this roleThe role requires excellent communication skills, planning, and project management, as well as the ability to refine and implement comprehensive integrated marketing programs, and demonstrated experience working with field sales and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives through various channels.In addition to above, there is a requirement for the candidate to extract, analyze and critically assess areas for investment and divestment across the business and campaign activities. We are seeking a data driven 'modern marketer' who understands digital, social, and inbound and the importance of leveraging a traditional channel, inside sales and e-commerce environment.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute on the marketing strategy and marketing mix for the 1:Many digital campaigns in South KoreaLocalization and countrification of global campaigns to ensure relevancy and effectiveness for South KoreaPartner with digital media center on the execution of all digital inbound tactics such as paid search, display, and socialManage marketing budgets to meet revenue goals and maximizes return on spendCollaborate with extended stakeholders such as sales, partner marketing, and industry teams to execute the product campaignsOngoing analysis of campaign performance across all channels to make data-driven decisions and uncover areas for improvementEnsure continuous testing, piloting, and optimization of marketing tactics and content through data-driven analysis and by leveraging the latest technologyPrepare and present recommendations, reports, and results to stakeholdersMinimum Qualifications7+ years Marketing experience in tech industry, software vendor experience is a plusExperience in building marketing strategy and executing digital demand generation campaigns in South KoreaData driven with experience in developing customer segmentation strategy and translating data insights into actionable marketing plansKnowledge and experience in digital marketing and e-commerce highly valuedAbility to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different functions, geography and time zonesExperience with budget managementExcellent written, oral and presentation communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environmentBA/BS degree, in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing#LI-KC1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
