You will provide Sales Enablement and Change Management Services to our organization by providing fast and reliable access to knowledge on sales processes, sales programs and sales productivity tools. You will assist with daily questions and issue resolution. You will prepare and deliver training and learning content. You will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Help.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver presentations to a variety of audiencesProvide tailored Onboarding support for new Sales hiresWork with Sales Managers to identify training needs and toolsEngage with new hires in the first weeks in Autodesk and help reduce non- productivity periodsBe an important contact for the Hub Organizations to solve issues coming from the daily work while developing training to cover knowledge gapsRespond to and resolve internal inquiries about applicable business systems and operationsEliminate barriers to success by building relationships and networking across departments internally, including product divisions and corporate groupsIncrease adoption of tools and solicit feedback for improvementAnalyze a variety of data and develop action plans for consideration to address deficiencies and gauge business trendsAct for critical organizational transitions. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $64,000 and $110,440. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
