This team of engineers focuses on endpoint development to observe system activity and status and apply actions.  We're looking for smart people who want to be challenged and take ownership of what they build, working in an environment where quality is the company culture.As an SDET within the Product team you will be focused on the validation of major research projects and features on the endpoint or in the cloud. You will collaborate with Product team engineers on enhancing our sensor and cloud systems. You will build test suites for sensor features, including both on-device testing and end-to-end validation. You will collaborate with multiple teams within engineering, and be expected to make significant contributions to the design, development, implementation and quality of major development projects as well as the test infrastructure itself by developing new tools to enable projects under development to test more effectively.This is a Hybrid position open to candidates in the Israel area.Success in this Role Means:Automating test processes for speed, reproducibility, and scalability. You will build integration tests, unit tests, system tests, performance tests and more.Reviewing feature code and discerning the quality regarding functional and non-functional requirementBreaking software systems in creative and useful ways.Collaborating both within and across teams to deliver quality software.Thriving with responsibility, challenges, and aggressive goals.Building elegant, robust, and reliable solutions for complex technical problems.About the Product:Falcon For IT is our newest product release which helps IT & Security teams to get answers to the most difficult questions about their infrastructure, apps and endpoints, utilizing our Charlotte AI to ease usability and speedup response and remediation of issues. The product is a cloud based solution allowing customers to query their entire endpoints to address IT challenges working in synergy with our Sensor, which is a driver installed on client machines that observes system activity and apps, recognizes malicious behavior, then provides on-box prevention capability and remote telemetry to the cloud. What You'll Do:Understand the requirements of software projects and build test plans appropriate to those requirements.Understand the software architectures of the team deliverables; participate in  design discussions.Build automated tests and systems based on software architecture,  integration points and business goals.Design, develop, verify, deploy and maintain automated test suites and frameworks, working collaboratively, with a goal of minimizing manual  testing.Write clear and detailed bug reports when things break, and work with the  team to identify and validate fixes.Deliver and accept feedback with grace and courtesy.Take ownership and be accountable for deliverables, both individually and  when leading a team. What You’ll Need:4+ years of hands-on SDET/test automation development experienceA computer science background or equivalent experience (e.g. programming  styles, data structures, algorithms, concurrency, etc.)Demonstrated experience in product development, product release and  software development lifecyclesDemonstrated experience with white-box testing techniques - reviewing code and understanding architecture(s)Demonstrated experience with CI/CD frameworksPrior experience developing code in Python.Be able to read & understand C/C++ code.Team player – demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, communicate,  collaborate, and work effectively in a globally distributed team. Bonus Points:Prior experience working with low-level code, or any Mac/Win/Linux module  development.Knowledge of low-level operating system internals, components, APIs, and design, for one or more of our supported platforms (inc.
