Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:The CrowdStrike IT Operations team is looking for a Sr Manager, Gov Cloud, IT Federal Operations with extensive experience as a direct manager as well as working with other cross-functional teams researching, documenting and coordinating improvements to complex systems across a large enterprise organization.In this role you will be asked to proactively consult and advise IT leadership, business partners and core operational functions on key-configurations and processes needed to solve and maintain highly complex, visible and business critical initiatives revolving around Gov Cloud initiatives.What You'll Do:Lead the discovery, solutioning and deployment of IT Gov Cloud (Fed Ramp) initiatives, which are cross-functional and/or involving integration with one or more key enterprise systems.Manage teams providing deep system(s) expertise in implementing and maintaining IT Support processes and Infrastructure needed to support corporate Gov Cloud initiatives and repeatable deployment processes.Represent IT Operations in all cross-functional Gov Cloud discussions ensuring IT standards and support processes are incorporated into final system designs.Own and maintain IT senior management reports, scripts and run-books from design-stage through deployment, including QA, Release Management, Change Management and post-go live support as they intersect and support Gov Cloud systems and operations.Champion visibility of enterprise systems focusing on Gov Cloud integrations and clean data pipelines for reporting, metrics and monitoringExperience working with internal and external stakeholders with effective communication skills and a drive to collaborate with cross-functional team including, Information Security, Legal & Compliance and Senior LeadershipSupport of and drive toward a Product Owner mindset optimizing value, decision making and engagement of assigned applications and systems.What You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant experience8-10 years of experience in managing diverse teams in a large environment.8-10 years coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions to complex problems around Gov Cloud environments.8-10 years experience working directly with Information Technology, Information Security, Compliance & Legal departments within an enterprise-level organization to scale operations8-10 years experience promoting and utilizing a product owner mindset including its primary pillars of Product Ownership, Value, Decision Making and Engagement.Experience utilizing enterprise-level tooling for operations such as; ServiceNow, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Familiarity with Identity and Access Management principles, systems and configurationsFamiliarity with Information Security models, practices and principlesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with FedRamp, DOD, SLED and CJIS.Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experienceA proven track record for effective management of multiple teams across several disciplines to implement and support IT initiatives in support of corporate Gov Cloud solutions.8-10 years experience working cross functionally with Senior Leadership driving the business proposition, value and cost-savings of effective automation solutions at scale8-10 years developing and deploying scalable solutions within enterprise level organizations to support Gov Cloud environments and initiatives.10-15 years experience working in a consultant or advisory capacity with a focus on organizational efficiency.8-10 years leading IT teams on scaling operations and systems. #LI-DL1#LI-RemoteThis role will require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass additional background and fingerprint check(s) consistent with government customer requirements.Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $135,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
