You will be tasked with managing a portfolio of project engagements.About the RoleThe Sr. Engagement Manager will manage mid to large deployments and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. As a Sr. Engagement Manager at Workday, you are more than just a Project Manager, you are a trusted advisor to our customers - you’ll engage, guide and ensure success in their implementation of Workday’s leading cloud enterprise software products for our Enterprise customers. The Sr. Engagement Manager will support executive level expectations by providing internal suggestions to management. As the main point of contact for both customer and Workday teams, you will be working hand in hand with the Customer Project Manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. Prior consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.Other Qualifications:Previous experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, etc).Experience in project management incorporating financial business processes and financial reportingExperience managing 3rd parties on a projectAbility to travel 50 percent or more of the timeWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
