The role will work closely with executives from marketing, product and sales, to create and align a communications strategy with business strategy. The successful candidate will be a passionate, experienced, resourceful self-starter, and comfortable working in an ambiguous and extremely fast-paced environment. Manages a team of two and a global agency team.Key Responsibilities- Develop strategies for and execute on high-impact, creative, and proactive campaigns to effectively share the Illumina story- Collaborate with product and marketing leadership and teams to maximize the global impact of campaigns and/or announcements. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
