The Associate Cyber Security Compliance Engineer plays a crucial role as a security solution partner, supporting global customers. This position also assists with managing security-related inquiries and questionnaires across various domain areas within Security. Reporting to the Senior Director of Cyber Security, this position focuses on managing email inquiries and collaborating with team members to address security questionnaires effectively. Collaboration and Interaction Engage customers, prospects, and partners using the InfoSec framework via email and Loopio to drive the discovery process and identify areas where Workiva solutions align with IT/Security needsEnsure customer success by collaborating with the Workiva Client Partner Enablement (CPX) team to facilitate smooth onboarding, provide ongoing support, and ensure long-term successBuild and nurture relationships with Product Marketing, Customer Partner Enablement (CPX), and Customer Success teams to collaborate effectively and achieve team and company goals Problem SolvingManage the email queue triage efficiently and create tickets to respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency KnowledgeDevelop a working knowledge of multiple domain areas, including industries, departments, use cases, and frameworks (such as NIST CSF, HIPAA, CMMC, FedRAMP, ISO) to understand where Workiva solutions can have a significant impactLearn to conduct process assessments and identify opportunities to notify Sales of feature requests relevant to IT/Security AutonomyDemonstrate self-reliance, provide valuable support to the team, and may contribute to establishing procedural standards for their workWhat You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsAn undergraduate degree or 2+ years of experience in security or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience in security, software development, technical sales, or a related fieldExperience engaging with and presenting to business or Security/ IT managers and executivesFamiliarity with GRC, Security Frameworks, Security Domains, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, SOC 1 and SOC 2, ISO 27001, 270018, cloud technologies, and architecturesFamiliarity with navigating and utilizing Jira or Salesforce functionalitiesExperience working in a remote environmentSkillsExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvementStrong individual contributor with intellectual curiosity to positively impact accounts and opportunitiesAbility to conduct research independently and effectively utilize online resourcesTravel Requirement Minimal Travel Remote Ready ExcellenceA reliable internet connection serves as the conduit for brilliance, enabling the unleashing of talents from the comfort of virtually anywhereHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $79,000.00 - $134,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
