And it manifests in the ways we work together to bring to life thoughtful ideas that can change the world.Within Market Supply Chain Operations organization, Customer Operations teams are the accountable Supply Chain leaders for the Commercial Organization’s Market MDs and are responsible for two important dimensions: Bring our customer requirements into Supply Chain Operations ensuring that we develop capabilities that enable support of evolving market needsCollaborate end-to-end in Supply Chain and with Sales Operations with constant focus on improving operational execution every day. Within Customer Operations, the Global Operations & deal Solutioning team focus on Global Accounts for all Markets, with the mission to provide a seamless and consistent customer experience with a competitive cost structure, that delivers superior business results.As SCDM for selected GT1 accounts, you will be accountable for end-to-end consistent customer experience within supply chain for the Global Accounts you will be assigned to. Single point of contact for the planning and execution, you will coordinate several operational actors to ensure successful SLA attainment and fulfillment execution. From this operational experience, you will drive improvements across functions.Your responsibilities will include:Fully understand account specificities and develop SC strategy to support customer requirements for order fulfillment and deliveryMonitor performance and manage deviations across markets, coordinate actions to solve escalationsCommunicate account status and updatesAnalyze and execute inventory pre-build for approved customers and rolloutsWork closely with Sales and Sales ops on deployment of new projectsAdditionally,You will be asked to drive or participate to some initiatives to analyze, standardize and improve end-to-end processes for Global customers.QualificationsTypically 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function.Experience in more than one supply chain function and with external partners.Expertise in business process reengineering & SAP environment.
