Out of Box Experience EngineerDescription -Manage the worldwide out of box experience for HP’s Renew program for laptops, printers, and conference room equipment. This role will manage all aspects of the customer’s out of box experience to including but not limited to packaging, customer in app experience and vendor experience.  This role will coordinate with packaging engineers, web site/application developers, third party logistics providers to develop/implement/enforce a best-in-class experience for HP’s refurbished products regardless of who refurbishes them or where they are refurbished.Job Responsibilities:Lead the development of a best-in-class sustainable packaging solution for all refurbished products worldwide.Coordinate in app experience to drive customer engagement and enhance the out of box experience.Build and manage efficient program communication with internal resources and HP Certified Refurbishment providers.Help coordinate/report out on vendor and secret shopper audits.Drive externally contracted resources to successfully produce deliverables in accordance with individual program metrics.Prepare and present program metrics and status to corporate management.Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing effective project management oversight and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Foster innovative thinking and explore new design concepts, methodologies, and technologies to optimize the out of box experience.
