Software Platform Strategy Manager- ISVDescription -This role is responsible for driving partner excellence and program management to develop and deploy/manage an ISV program for HP's new Workforce Experience platform. The role provides valuable business performance analytics, recommends go-to-market actions, implements partner management processes and tools, and develops marketing and sales policies. Additionally, the role includes overseeing collaboration with operations for analytical reports, monitoring campaign budgets, and applying advanced subject matter knowledge to contribute to complex projects, developing training materials, acting as a subject matter expert for process improvement, and handling talent management responsibilities.Responsibilities:• Collaboratively build and proactively execute ISV partner strategy while driving partner engagement based on data-driven findings.• Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical with multiple account teams and partners with defined revenue targets.• Leads collaboration efforts with product and go to market teams to ensure the portfolio of ISV partners provides a compelling solution to HP Workforce Experience customers and partners alike.• Leads analysis of financial and operational metrics, such as business seasonality, lead, sales pipeline conversion rates, to drive action planning for strategic ISV relationships.• Oversees monitoring of ISV partner MDF budgets and provides support in budget allocation by reconciling market program spend to the planned budget.• Provides value-added business performance analytics and optimization solutions, and recommends go-to-market actions based on analytical findings to senior leaders.• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and participates in providing mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.• Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.• Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.Education & Experience:• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business, Marketing any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in building and managing ISV partner programs within software industry.Knowledge & Skills:• Track record of developing and scaling successful partnership programs.• Strong verbal and written communications skills.• Establish priorities and successfully manage multiple projects and strategic relationships.• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.• Results oriented individual with a "can -do" attitude.• Growth mindset and focused on partner excellent.• Digital Fluency and ability to operate successfully in a highly matrixed, remote and in-person teams.
