Job Requisition ID #24WD76826Position OverviewAutodesk's Cyber Threat Management & Response team is seeking a lead for our Trusted Insider program. You will work with our detection engineering, threat hunting, and incident response teams to prioritize initiatives to rapidly detect, contain, and prevent insider threats and risks. You will collaborate with our Information Security, Legal, Security & Safety, HR, and compliance teams to identify gaps and implement or advise on compensating controls. As part of the role, you will work side by side with various engineering teams to build advanced detection solutions to keep systems and information safe, while partnering with teams across Autodesk to carry out complex investigations.ResponsibilitiesYou will lead cross-functional projects improving Autodesk's capabilities to effectively detect and respond to internal threats and trusted insider caused incidentsYou will research and develop threat detection scenarios using behavioral attributes to understand insider risk patterns and identify anomaliesYou will Run offensive security and table top exercises emulating insider threat scenarios to uncover gaps and risks in our infrastructure and operational readinessYou will prioritize gaps and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to create plans for mitigating those risksYou will drive a transparent and respectful team culture centered on collaboration, listening, and recognition of team members at all levelsMinimum QualificationsExcellent written, verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (strongly desired)Strong proficiency in logging and threat data engineering and analysis3 years of experience working in an incident response and/or security engineering role3 years experience in an insider threat, fraud, threat hunting, and/or detection engineering rolePreferred QualificationsCertifications (any security certification like but not exclusive to the following): GCIH, GREM, GCTI, Security+Splunk Power User and either Splunk Enterprise Security or Splunk Cloud Admin certifiedEducation: BA/BS in computer science, information security, or engineeringLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $91,500 and $134,200. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
