The OpportunityManage the development and implementation process for Adobe.com online events, including pre, live and post event statesCoordinate departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing platform capabilities to enable one-of-a-kind event experiencesResponsible for projects from initiation through delivery including defining the project team, planning and maintaining multi-track schedules, drive event readiness activities, lead live-event support tasks and ensure a flawless transition to the post-event experienceLead cross-functional activities and teams, ensuring completion of high-quality projects on time and within budgetWhat you’ll do Proactively drive program execution and associated scope, timeline, and resources with minimal guidanceAnalyze scope needed to achieve program goals, assess resource requirementsDevelop detailed, cross-team project or program plans that take into account all requirements, constraints, resources, and results associated with defined objectivesAggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information in order to communicate with extended team and managementClearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired program outcomesWork closely with Product Managers to build clear roadmaps/project plans and clarify requirementsProactively manage dependencies; anticipate setbacks then resolve issues and/or define contingency plansPerform risk management: identify, analyze, respond, and control risks, resolve project-specific issues and partner concerns in a timely mannerCoordinate and run operational, project, and executive check-in meetingsDeliver clear status communication to project teams, partners, and leadership teamsContinually evaluate existing processes and procedures and drive improvementsEstablish credibility with peers and be a driving force for change when neededAssist Engineering Managers with resource assessment and release planningDrive tactical decisions for projects that are under your direct responsibilityEngage with regional teams for international deployment of capabilities and contentWhat you need to succeed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of program/project management experience preferably with large enterprise web projects (online event experience highly desired)Hands on experience with Agile & project management methodologies with confirmed leadership capabilitiesSolid understanding of Web technologies, including web content management systems (specific Adobe Experience Manager experience a plus)Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki (Adobe Workfront experience highly desired)Excellent business partner management and presentation skillsDesired Traits Driver – Take charge. Ability to respectfully facilitate the successful resolution of issuesOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,900 -- $190,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
