Customer Intelligence creates a comprehensive view of the enterprise customer for run-the-business reporting, VOC customer insights, and advanced business analysis to improve field effectiveness. C360 dashboard integrates 90+ data sources and supports >1,000 internal customers across 40 personas with top-down and organic Product-led growth. It is in the top 1% of most used dashboards across Adobe.We are looking for a skilled Program Leader to drive tech, business, data discovery, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, data analysis, project leadership and process optimization, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. This role will be responsible for driving the discovery of technological and data-related needs, defining requirements, and potentially extending to reporting solution design in collaboration with UX designers in addition to playing a key role in driving timely execution of key CI team initiatives. Furthermore, the candidate will provide program leadership services vendor and problem-solving/optimization to drive internal efficiencies and improve user adoption and experience.What you’ll do:Lead the data discovery and solution design for new capabilities and dashboard views.Work closely with multi-functional partners to understand business objectives and user needs Analyze technology and data requirements to integrate other Adobe and 3rd party systems and data sets into C360 and other CI team toolsDefine and document requirements for technology and data initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical feasibility.Collaborate with teams to build, design, and implement solutions.Provide program leadership for key CI projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes across multiple CI team functions and geographies.Collaborate to design and optimize processes for developer operations and the reporting service desk, finding opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.What you need to succeed:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.Demonstrated experience in technology and data discovery, with a solid understanding of data analysis methodologies and tools.Working knowledge of SQL and ability to query and extract data from database systems to enable data discovery effortsExperience in data requirements definition and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.Proficiency in reporting solution design, including dashboard wireframing and data visualization techniques.Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead multi-functional teams and drive project outcomes.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners at all levels of the organization.Adobe is an equal opportunity employer. The U.S. pay range for this position is $104,000 -- $226,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
