We are looking for a Service Operations IP Analyst (French-speaking) to join our TM IP Admin Team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about the IP industry. We would love to speak with you if you you’re interested in learning more about the magnificent industry of intellectual property.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Minimum C1 level of FrenchMinimum C1 level of EnglishBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .  1 year of experience in relevant IP fieldParalegal qualification, IP training/certificates or equivalent are considered as a bonusProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Outstanding attention to detail and capability to focus on completing tasks and assignments under pressure with precisionOutstanding self-organization and time managementWhat will you be doing in this role? Assisting paralegals on prosecution of Patent/Trademark/Design applications/registrations before the local/international IPOs or responsible authorities directly or through the outside counselsConveying and drafting instructions to foreign counsel related to Patent/Trademark/Design matters; supervising outside counsel to assure deadlines are metMaintenance of internal database; Creating portfolio status charts; creating Patent/Trademark/Design portfolio reportsCreating summaries and periodic status reports of Patent/Trademark/Design matters for clients; Upgrading on procedures and modifications in applicable laws plus regulations in International IP offices; Issuing invoices and reviewing outside counsel invoices for accuracyAbout the Team   TM IP Admin team (within the wider Operations team) is responsible performing Patent/Trademark operational tasks with assistance and under supervision from other paralegals and senior team members.
