Service Operations IP Analyst (French-speaking)

We would love to speak with you if you you’re interested in learning more about the magnificent industry of intellectual property.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Minimum C1 level of FrenchMinimum C1 level of EnglishBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .  1 year of experience in relevant IP fieldParalegal qualification, IP training/certificates or equivalent are considered as a bonusProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Outstanding attention to detail and capability to focus on completing tasks and assignments under pressure with precisionOutstanding self-organization and time managementWhat will you be doing in this role? Assisting paralegals on prosecution of Patent/Trademark/Design applications/registrations before the local/international IPOs or responsible authorities directly or through the outside counselsConveying and drafting instructions to foreign counsel related to Patent/Trademark/Design matters; supervising outside counsel to assure deadlines are metMaintenance of internal database; Creating portfolio status charts; creating Patent/Trademark/Design portfolio reportsCreating summaries and periodic status reports of Patent/Trademark/Design matters for clients; Upgrading on procedures and modifications in applicable laws plus regulations in International IP offices; Issuing invoices and reviewing outside counsel invoices for accuracyAbout the Team   TM IP Admin team (within the wider Operations team) is responsible performing Patent/Trademark operational tasks with assistance and under supervision from other paralegals and senior team members.
