Com, BBA, BCA, BA graduates with minimum 50% aggregateIP Experienced candidates with 7+ years of overall work experienceWhat will you be doing in this role? Develop and implement quality assurance processes: Design and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Continuous improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance product quality, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.Responsible to conduct Monthly IP assessments, document manuals, track daily queries and maintain query trackers, conduct audits, 4 eye check as per business requirements.Handles all change in procedures and communicate them in absence of supervisor.Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on docketing procedures, software tools, and industry best practices. Share knowledge and keep the team informed about changes in docketing rules and regulations!Maintain the data integrity of company databases and proactively monitoring the relevant IP project to ensure all deadlines are met.Facilitate accurate and timely payment of all administration fees related to project, coordinating with client and law firms for relevant payment details.Supervising:- prosecution and maintenance deadlines;- portfolio status charts; supervising portfolio reports- summaries and periodic status reports of IP matters for clientsContinuously monitor important milestones and KPIs for each project (e.g. dates like Renewal date, Fees payment date to mitigate the risk of lapse and financial loss, delivery of tasks, workload, SLAs)Prepare, maintain & share bi-weekly / monthly Quality scores with entire team, analysis the data & share training needs with internal teams. Review Client responses on external issues prepared by colleaguesDrives, reviews, coaches team members on internal processesProvide direction, instruction and guidance to a group of individuals/teams, for the purpose of achieving designated assignments by using all resources available to them, ensuring they deliver good customer service.Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and onboarding of new team members. Provides input to training courses and role development.Deputizes supervisor in cases of absence for coordination/leading of meetings, workload distribution in unplanned absence. About the Team This position exists to drive client engagement and business growth cohesively. The main purpose of this role is to understand the client needs and recommend best possible service offerings within Filing & prosecution (F&P). Onboarding and successful transition of new clients and services and to ensure seamless transition from Business Take-On (BTO) to Business as Usual (BAU). The position is also responsible for coming up with self-improvement initiatives to drive client delight, building capability within the limits of functional policies and guidelines.
